ASKING GOD IN PRAYER

 I've stopped asking

God for anything

for I asked him to help me

avoid crowds

and prayed for peaceful driving

on my city's roads.

I prayed that he reduce pollution

and mankind to lead simple lives

without any confusion.

My prayers God answered

Soon my fellow men suffered

at the hands of a deadly virus

and their wails arose              

everywhere in chorus.

Now the roads are empty

and there are no crowds anywhere

There is no pollution

nor resultant suffocation

but I'm unable to go out

and in my room I stay put.

Yes, I've stopped asking God

to answer my prayers

and now pray that his will be done

always and forever...

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

Soon deserts will turn into green jungles

While jungles and cities will turn into deserts

ice caps will melt as mankind fumbles

and to the primeval the universe reverts

But from this man will never learn anything

He believes nature has betrayed him

His egoistic greed is the cause of everything

but he feels great injustice was done towards him

Man Oh Man! Oh stupid and foolish Man

Open your eyes and try to understand and learn

To your logic and rationality you must enforce a ban

Science, engineering and technology you must spurn

burn all superstition and put its ashes in an urn

and towards the Truth you must inward turn

Oh! The logic and Science within is so much fun

yes, true logic and Science is within the loved one...
